Callaway launches Apex MB Irons

Callaway was founded in 1982 and current CEO Oliver G Brewer III needed something new to companies bandwagon of amazing Irons and the team came up with Apex Muscle Back Irons a.k.a Apex MB Irons.
Built with Forged 1025 carbon steel available in 2-iron through attack wedge, the clubs are scheduled to be available on November 3rd, 2017 at a price tag of $1,299.99.
“This is the first pure muscle back that we have designed in a long time,” said Luke Williams, Callaway’s senior director of product and brand management. “It is an iron that we designed 100 percent for the tour; the only reason why we sell it is that there are some people out there who think that they are good enough to play it.”
The irons are made to suit all type of golfers, either a pro, an elite amateur or college player, the Apex MB delivers soft feel, at impact because it is forged from a single piece of 1025 carbon steel. What comes additionally with these irons is that they have the shortest blade length and thinnest topline of any Callaway Iron ever produced.
Designed with virtually no offset, its built for players who want to shape their shots left, right, up and down, and have a repeatable swing.

Callaway boasts of 20V Groove, which is said to reduce the effects of flier lies in the rough and generates more consistent spin rates, in turn enhancing distance control.
The lofts of the Apex MB Irons are traditional, 5-iron comes with 26-degree loft, the 7-iron at 34 degrees, and the pitching wedge at 47 degrees.
